Welcome to Exquisite Styles by Ashley. We're located in Douglasville, GA right off I-20. At Exquisite Styles by Ashley we provide more than a “standard” salon experience by offering personal one-on-one attention, good laughs and hair tips at each visit. My goal is to create healthy hair, styled exquisitely – leaving you feeling confident, radiant and transformed with a style that represents you at your absolute best. BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
All New clients must book a consultation first. This can be done in person.
Due to each service being given an estimated allotted time, please be sure to book the correct appointment at the time of scheduling. I will not be able to accommodate any changes the day of your appointment if I don't have the allotted time. If you desire to add-on any additional services or have questions, please text me prior to scheduling your appointment to see if I can accommodate your changes. Clients will be required to enter a credit card at the time of booking.
- No Children allowed unless being serviced
- No Walk-ins
- No call / no show appointments will be Charged 100% of the service and will be blocked from future appointments
- There are No refunds on any Microlinks, I-Tips, Sew-ins, Tape-ins, Clip-ins or Crochet services
- No changes or additions to appointments can be made on the day of service.
- If your hair is NOT DETANGLED Prior to your Appointment there will be a $65 DETANGLING FEE, any additional service may NOT be rendered at the time service.
- Photography: Upon booking your appointment, You agree to have your photos taken before and after service is rendered only for business purposes of marketing on social media.
COVID/SICK POLICY
At Exquisite Styles by Ashley, we are committed to providing a safe, clean, and professional environment for all clients. To ensure the highest quality of service and maintain the well-being of our staff and guests, we kindly request adherence to the following appointment policies:
- If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, we ask that you wear a mask during your visit to minimize the risk of spreading illness.
- In the event you are sick and unable to attend your appointment, we require that you notify us as soon as possible to cancel and reschedule your session.
- Appointments canceled due to illness must be rescheduled to a later date when you are feeling better and no longer exhibiting symptoms.
- We appreciate timely communication regarding cancellations to accommodate other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly.
SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS CANCELLATION POLICY
• All appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours before scheduled appointment time
• If you wish to cancel within the 48-hour cancellation window, you must reschedule your appointment to retain your payment/deposit.
For clients who have opted to “Pay in Full” and require a cancellation prior to the 48-hour window.
- In the event you are unable to attend your appointment, it must be rescheduled prior to any cancellation. If you proceed with a cancellation, 75% of the service cost will be refunded.
APPOINTMENTS DEPOSIT POLICY
• Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if your appointment is canceled without rescheduling.
LATE AND NO SHOW POLICY
•Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service cost.
• No-call/no-show appointments will result in no refund, and you may lose the ability to book future services.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled or reduced service time.
All Microlinks, Flawless Sew-ins and other services require a deposit to book. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
